# Auto-Save Customer selections

Customers can leave your website and return later with their previous selections automatically pre-loaded in the customiser. This feature helps increase conversions by allowing customers to continue where they left off without having to redo their design.

## **Enable Auto-Save for Designs**

1.  Go to the **Sign Customiser Admin**:

    -   **Universal subscribers**: Go to **Home** in your account.

    -   **Shopify users**: Navigate to **Shopify admin** → **Apps** → **Sign Customiser**.

2.  Click on **Customisers** in the menu.

3.  Select the **customiser** you want to edit.

4.  From the left-hand menu, go to **Save and Share**.

5.  In the **Share Sign Location** section, check the **Save sign design for next visit** checkbox.

6.  Save your changes.
