# Enable sticky add to cart button on your customiser.

By following these instructions, you can change the scroll order and have the visualiser section and also the add to cart button fixed (sometimes called sticky) as the user scrolls up and down the page (fixed frame scrolling) just like this example. This feature is only available on Shopify for now.

## To enable sticky add to cart button and visualiser, follow these instructions.

1.  Open the **Themes** from your Shopify dashboard and click **Customise** to open the theme editor:

2.  For themes that support app blocks go to [step 6 for how to navigate to the sign customiser app block](../../integrations/install-customiser-on-a-product-or-page-on-your-shopify-storefront-app-blocks/), for themes that only support App Embed [follow step 6 to navigate to the Sign Customiser](../../integrations/setup-customiser-on-shopify-app-embed-theme-best-for-page-builders-old-themes-headless-storefronts/) app embed block.

3.  Click on the Sign Customiser block.

4.  Ensure that **Sticky add to cart** is checked:

5.  Test to see if this setting is compatible with your theme and hit **Save**.

## Enable sticky add to cart for mobile

1.  Navigate to your Sign Customiser admin.

2.  Click on "Customisers" from the home screen.

3.  Select the customiser you wish to edit.

4.  Click on "General Settings" from the left side navigation.

5.  Select "Sticky at the bottom" for the "Finish Position" dropdown.

6.  Save the form.

## Why isn't the add to cart button sticking to the page?

If you've enabled the settings above but your add to cart button isn't sticking, make sure to check for any conflicting CSS within your store's theme.

Look for any HTML elements that are parents of the Sign Customiser div (it has an ID of "neon-customiser-app") and make sure that they do not have any `overflow` rules applied to them.
