# Change the primary currency for the store in the universal app.

In our universal app, you can change the base currency of all your customisers associated with that store. This feature is only available on our Universal app version. The Shopify version automatically assigns your Shopify store's primary currency as its base currency.

## To change the currency for your store, follow these steps.

1.  Navigate to the admin of Sign Customiser for your store.

2.  In the left-hand side menu click on **Store Settings**.

3.  Scroll to the **Customiser Settings** section.

4.  Using the currency field, change the currency to your desired value.

5.  Using the "HTML with currency" and "HTML without currency" fields, change how the currency is formatted.

6.  Click save at the bottom.
