Credits Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Credits Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of credits and participation in the referral program offered by Sign Customiser (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By earning, receiving, or using credits, or by participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of Credits

Credits are promotional incentives provided by Sign Customiser to encourage use of our Services. Credits:

• Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Are non-transferable between accounts or users
• Cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged
• Do not expire
• May only be used for purchases within Sign Customiser
• Are provided at our sole discretion

3. Referral Program Terms

How the Program Works

Our referral program allows existing users to invite others to Sign Customiser. When a referred user joins and makes qualifying purchases, both the referrer and the referred user may receive credit bonuses.

Referral Rewards

• Subscription Reward: When a referred team subscribes to Sign Customiser, the referrer receives 10 credits (one-time reward per referred team)
• Credit Purchase Reward: When a referred team makes their first credit purchase, the referrer receives a 50% bonus in credits on that purchase (one-time reward per referred team)
• Referred Team Bonus: The referred team also receives a 50% bonus on their first credit purchase (one-time reward)

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the referral program:

• The referred user must be a new user who has not previously subscribed to Sign Customiser
• The referred user must not have made any credit purchases prior to applying the referral
• You cannot refer yourself or refer users within the same company
• Only one referral code may be applied per team
• Referral cookies are tracked for 90 days from initial click

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to earn referral credits
• Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Sign Customiser
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging to promote referrals
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or gaming of the credits or referral system
• Any other behaviour that we, in our sole discretion, deem fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of these programs

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether any activity constitutes abuse of the credits or referral program.

5. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the credits program, referral program, or any aspect thereof at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Changing the credit amounts or bonus percentages
• Modifying eligibility requirements
• Altering how credits may be earned or used
• Discontinuing the programs entirely

6. Credit Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke, cancel, or invalidate any credits at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• Credits were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms
• Credits were obtained through a technical error or glitch
• The activity that generated the credits was in violation of our Terms of Service
• Any other circumstances that warrant such action

Revocation may occur retroactively and without prior notice.

7. No Guarantee

Credits and referral rewards are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• The continued availability of credits or the referral program
• The ability to use credits for any particular purpose
• The accuracy of credit balances
• The processing or application of referral codes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sign Customiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Changes to the credits or referral program
• Revocation of credits
• Technical issues affecting credit balances
• Any disputes related to referrals or credits

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia, Australia.
