How pricing works
We count orders over a rolling 30-day window. Only paid orders that include a product built with our customiser are counted—your other store orders are ignored entirely. This works the same way whether you're on Shopify, Wix, or any platform through our Universal integration.
Only sign orders count
We call these attributed orders—paid orders that contain at least one product created through our customiser. Your other store orders never factor in.
Move up or down freely
Busy month? Move to a higher tier. Quieter period? Drop back down. Your plan should match the business you're doing right now, not the business you did last quarter.
30 days to decide
If you go over your plan's limit, there's no panic. You have a full 30 days to upgrade—and if your orders drop back under the limit in that window, no upgrade is needed at all.
AI sign designer credits
The AI sign designer lets your customers upload a logo, sketch, or idea and get a production-ready sign design generated automatically. Each successful generation costs one credit.
Credits are purchased separately from your subscription plan and work across all platforms. Buy them in bulk for a lower per-credit cost.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is an "attributed order"?
A paid order on your store that includes at least one product created through our sign customiser. If a customer buys a custom neon sign along with three t-shirts, that's one attributed order. If they only buy the t-shirts, it doesn't count at all. These are the only orders that factor into your plan.
How does the 30-day window work?
We look at the last 30 days of attributed orders—not a calendar month. It's a rolling window, so a spike in week one naturally rolls off by week five without you needing to change anything.
What if I go over my limit?
Nothing breaks. Your customiser keeps working normally. We send you a heads-up and you'll see an alert in your admin dashboard. From there, you have a full 30 days to upgrade—plenty of time to see whether the spike sticks or settles.
Can my orders drop back under the limit?
Yes. Because the window is rolling, older orders fall off as new days are added. If your 30-day total drops back within your plan's limit before the grace period ends, the upgrade notice clears on its own—no action needed from you.
Can I move to a lower plan?
Any time. If your order volume has come down and you're consistently within a lower tier's limit, switch from your admin dashboard. No penalties, no waiting periods. Your plan should match the business you're doing now.
Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial—all features, no credit card up front. Development stores on Shopify can use the app completely free with no restrictions or time limits.

Yes. Every plan unlocks every feature—advanced pricing models, custom design forms, multi-colour signs, drag-and-drop editing, manufacturer integrations, and more. The only variable between plans is order volume. See our features page for the full list.

How do I track my usage?
Your admin dashboard shows attributed orders in real time. Open the app, click Orders, and you'll see exactly where you stand against your plan's limit—no guesswork.
Is billing the same on Shopify and other platforms?
The plans and pricing tiers are the same everywhere. On Shopify, billing goes through your Shopify invoice. On other platforms, billing is handled directly through Stripe. Either way, the same plans, the same limits, the same features.
How do AI sign designer credits work?
Credits are separate from your subscription. Each successful AI sign generation uses one credit, starting at $0.50 each. You only pay for successful generations—failed attempts don't cost anything. Buy in bulk for up to 20% off.
