Delete the labels product image

Clears the labels document's product image and deletes the stored file, returning a receipt naming what was removed and the labels as they now stand. Requires customisers:write and an Idempotency-Key.

Delete the labels product image

Clears the labels document's product image and deletes the stored file, returning a receipt naming what was removed and the labels as they now stand. Authorisation

The Authorization header expects a Bearer token. Generate one on the API keys page in your dashboard.

Overview

Deleting when no product image is set answers 404. The product image decorates the summary and nothing renders from it, so the delete is never refused for renderability: a document without one is the state every customiser starts in. The delete clears the customiser's cached storefront configuration and runs the advisory language sync, and never regenerates Shopify products, product images, or the product cache.
