What the options do

  • Start at Zero: The sign text box has no sign text. Your Initial sign text shows in grey inside the box as placeholder text. For sign types that are priced by text, the text price is zero until the shopper types text. The preview can also show your Initial sign text.

  • Start at Default Text Price: The sign text box starts with your Initial sign text. The price on first load includes the price for that text.

To change the Initial sign text, use the Shopper Defaults card on the same page. If the Initial sign text box is empty, shoppers see “Start Typing”.

Type a question and press Enter. Use the arrow keys to move between the results.
