How to find and download your invoices

Your invoice location depends on whether you pay for Sign Customiser through Universal or Shopify.

Find invoices for a Universal plan

Universal invoices include subscription charges and one-off AI sign designer credit purchases.

1. Log in to Sign Customiser Universal.

2. In the left sidebar, find Your Company, then select Billing.

3. If you manage more than one store, select Manage subscription on the store whose invoices you need. This button shows only for a store with an active subscription that is not ending. If the subscription is ending, the button reads Resume subscription. Select that button instead. A single-store account opens its subscription page directly.

4. Under Your Current Plan, select View invoices.

The Billing item is in the Your Company group of the sidebar.

Your Stripe invoice history opens in the same tab. Select an invoice to view or download it. To return to Sign Customiser, select the return link on the Stripe page.

View invoices does not show for all stores. It shows for a store with an active subscription, or a subscription that is ending, unless the store is on a legacy plan. A store whose latest subscription is on a legacy plan shows a Legacy Plan card instead, and that card has no View invoices button. Any other store with no subscription, or with an overdue payment, shows the plan page. On the Billing Management list, that store shows Choose a plan or Update payment instead of Manage subscription.

Find charges for a Shopify plan

Shopify bills your Sign Customiser subscription and AI credit purchases. These charges are not in the Universal invoice history.

• Manage your Sign Customiser plan: Open the Sign Customiser app in your Shopify admin, then select Subscription/Credit in the app navigation.
