Why don't I see any orders?
Last updated:
If you cannot see your orders in Sign Customiser, check the Orders page first. Then check the setup of your integration. The cause is different for each platform.
Check the Orders page first
-
In the Universal admin, under Manage in the left sidebar, click Orders. In the Shopify admin, click Orders in the Sign Customiser app menu.
-
Examine the search box and the Date and Products filters.
-
If a filter is set and no order matches it, the page shows No orders match the applied filters. Click the clear button (an x icon) next to the filters. Then examine the page again.

If the page shows No orders yet. and no filter is set, Sign Customiser has not saved an order for this Store. Do the checks for your platform.
WooCommerce orders
The WooCommerce integration that you connect in Sign Customiser does not need a Sign Customiser API key. When you connect WooCommerce, Sign Customiser adds an order.created webhook to your WooCommerce store. WooCommerce uses this webhook to send each new order to Sign Customiser.
If you cannot see a WooCommerce order, do these checks:
-
Make sure that the order contains a sign that a customer designed in your customiser. Sign Customiser shows only the orders that contain its products.
-
Make sure that your Store has an active Sign Customiser subscription. To see it, go to Your Company, then click Billing.
-
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks. Make sure that the webhook Sign Customiser - order.created is in the list. Make sure that its status is Active.
-
If the status of the webhook is not Active, edit the webhook in WooCommerce. Set its status to Active, then click Save webhook.
-
If the webhook is not in the list, add it again from Sign Customiser. In the left sidebar, under Integrate, click Integrations. Click View Details on your WooCommerce integration. Click Edit Integration, then click Update API Credentials. Enter the consumer key in API Key. Enter the consumer secret in API Secret. Then click Update. Sign Customiser adds the webhook again.
-
If Update shows Authentication failed, WooCommerce does not accept the API Key or API Secret that you entered. Create a new key in WooCommerce and enter it again.

Custom API orders
A Custom API integration needs an API key. Your own system uses this key to send its orders to Sign Customiser securely. If your system sends orders but Sign Customiser does not show them, do these checks:
- Make sure that Custom API is on. In the Universal admin, in the left sidebar, under Integrate, click Integrations. On the Custom API card, click Connect Custom API, then click Enable Custom API. If the card shows Enabled, Custom API is already on.

-
Create the custom integration. On the Custom API card, click Configure. Enter a Name and the Create Product URL, then click Create. Click Configure again to open the integration. Note its ID, which the page shows next to the name. Your system sends this ID as
integration_idwith each order. -
Keep Custom API on. If you click Disable and confirm, Sign Customiser removes your custom integration. After that, your system cannot send orders.
-
Make sure that your system uses an API key with Write orders access. In the left sidebar, under Integrate, click API Tokens. Create the key there. Read How to create an API key.
-
Make sure that your system sends each order to
POST https://web.signcustomiser.com/api/v3/orderswith anIdempotency-Keyheader. A key that you create on the API Tokens page does not work with the older/api/v2/ordersendpoint. -
Make sure that each order refers to a sign that you created through this integration. The customiser of that sign must be active.
