Integration Guides
Find the right way to connect Sign Customiser to your website or store — whether you're on Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or building something custom.
Customiser Links
Share a customiser as a standalone link, hosted on signcustomiser.com — no website required.
Find your Sign Customiser ID
Log in to the Sign Customiser admin for your store. Click Customisers. You'll see a list of your customisers, each with its customiser ID shown alongside. Make a note of the ID you need.
Subscribe to Webhooks
How to Subscribe to Webhooks in Sign Customiser Webhooks allow your application to receive real-time notifications when events occur in Sign Customiser. This guide will walk you through setting up webhook subscriptions and verifying webhook signatures for security. Note: The form:submitted webhook was deprecated on 24 August 2026. It keeps firing on every submission with the same payload, and there is no cut-off date — nothing you have set up will stop working. If you are building a new integration, read submissions from the quotes API instead — it also returns your full submission history.
Zapier Integration
This Sign Customiser guide covers Zapier Integration with the steps and context you need to complete the workflow.
Shopify Theme Integration
Choose how to install Sign Customiser on Shopify
Find the correct setup guide for a Shopify theme, custom Liquid template, page builder, or headless storefront.
Use the iframe option in the Shopify app block
Turn the experimental iframe embed on or off for the Sign Customiser app block. Use it when your theme's CSS or JavaScript interferes with the direct embed.
Install Sign Customiser on a headless Shopify storefront
Connect Sign Customiser to a Storefront API or Hydrogen cart outside a Shopify Online Store theme.
Install Sign Customiser in a Shopify theme with an app block
Use the Shopify theme editor to add Sign Customiser to a compatible product or page template with an app block.
Install Sign Customiser in a Shopify theme without app blocks
Use this guide when a Shopify Online Store theme serves the page, but the Liquid template cannot accept a Sign Customiser app block.
Enable sticky add to cart button on your customiser.
By following these instructions, you can change the scroll order and have the visualiser section and also the add to cart button fixed (sometimes called sticky) as the user scrolls up and down the page (fixed frame scrolling) just like this example. This feature is only available on Shopify for now.
Adding CSS to Shopify themes - Alternative (but Not Recommended) Method
Although editing your Shopify theme is an alternative method for applying CSS, it is no longer the recommended approach. This method allows you to keep your styles within your theme, but it may require reapplication after theme updates. For the recommended approach to adding custom CSS, please refer to the guide: How to Add Custom CSS the Right Way.

Automatically Deleting Generated Products in WordPress
The Sign Customiser generates products so that customers can purchase their customised designs. This step is essential and cannot be skipped. However, we understand that having these auto-generated products in your product list can become overwhelming. This guide will show you how to automatically delete these products using the WP Bulk Delete Pro plugin. WP Bulk Delete is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with Sign Customiser. Use it with caution and at your own risk.
How SEO is treated for Custom Signs in WordPress
The custom signs created by our app are automatically hidden from all WooCommerce categories and product pages. They also contain a meta tag that excludes them from SEO indexing. These settings are applied automatically when a product is created by our app, and no additional action is required on your end.
