How to find the SVG, EPS and AI files for a Shopify order

When a shopper orders a sign, open the order in the Shopify admin. The _svg line item property for the sign holds a link to the SVG file. Use the link to download the file.
To get the SVG file, first turn on SVG files for manufacturing. To find the setting, open the customiser, then go to Settings → General Settings. The setting is in the Generate SVG image of sign section. Some signs that need a manufacturer plate have an SVG file even when this setting is off.
Find the SVG file in a Shopify order

In the Shopify admin, go to Orders.

Open the order.

Find the line item for the sign.

Find the _svg line item property. It holds a link to the SVG file.

Use the link to download the SVG file.
An AI neon design with a UV-printed face also has a _UV print artwork line item property. This property appears whether or not SVG files for manufacturing are turned on. Use its link to download the UV file.
EPS and Illustrator-compatible PDF files
The Shopify order can have the SVG file, the UV print artwork and links to artwork that the shopper uploaded. It does not have EPS files or Illustrator-compatible PDF (AI) files. You can get these files in two other ways:

Manufacturer email. Use the template variables to add download links for EPS and AI next to the SVG link. See How to include SVG, EPS, and Illustrator-compatible PDF files in manufacturer emails.

Design Files card. In the Sign Customiser admin, go to Manage → Products. Open the product. The Design Files card lists the files that exist for the product, including the SVG, EPS and Illustrator (.ai) files when they were generated. In the Shopify admin, open the app and click Products.
AI design files
Each file from the AI Sign Designer has its own page. Go to Manage → AI Design Files. Click View details on a row. In the Shopify admin, open the app and click AI Design Files.
The Downloads section shows Download Original. It also shows Download SVG when the design has an SVG file. If a design has more than one delivered candidate, the buttons read Download SVG (Candidate n).
If the design has a UV face, the section shows Download UV print artwork. If a design has more than one delivered candidate, the button reads Download UV print artwork (Candidate n).
The Download EPS and Download AI buttons show only on older uploads. For a sign that a shopper ordered, use the Design Files card of the product.
