How to download fonts from a customiser

You can share the exact fonts from your customiser with a print shop, a production partner or your manufacturer. To do this, download the TTF files for your fonts in one zip file.

How to download your fonts

1. Open the Sign Customiser admin. In the Universal admin, log in at web.signcustomiser.com. In Shopify, open the app from your Shopify admin.

2. In the sidebar, select Customisers.

3. Select the customiser that has the fonts.

4. If the Menu button is shown, select Menu.

5. Under Core Setup, select Fonts. If Core Setup is closed, select it first.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the font list.

7. Select Download All Fonts.

8. Sign Customiser prepares a zip file and opens the download link in a new tab.

The zip file contains the TTF file for each font. A font without a TTF file is not in the zip file.

The download link stops working about 25 hours after Sign Customiser makes the zip file. When the link stops working, select Download All Fonts again to get a new link.

Note: The Download All Fonts button shows only if your customiser has at least one font.

If the download fails

If the download fails, read the message in the banner above the button.

• If the message says “No TTF files found for any fonts”, upload a TTF file to at least one font. Then select Download All Fonts again.

• If the message says that a download is already in progress, wait one minute. Then try again.

You can select Download All Fonts up to five times in five minutes.
