Share a customiser as a standalone link, hosted on signcustomiser.com — no website required.

A Customiser Link is a unique URL for each of your customisers, hosted on our domain. It removes the need to set up a website, making it the fastest way to get a customiser in front of buyers. Add the URL to a button on your website, social profile, email signature, or an Etsy listing description.

Before you can share a Customiser Link, you’ll need a customiser to share. Follow our Getting Started Guides.

A customiser becomes Customiser Link compatible when you turn on Quote Mode, or whenever Etsy is connected from Integrations. Pick whichever fits how you want to take orders — Etsy applies to every customiser in your store, while Quote Mode is per customiser.

Option A: Quote Mode

Use Quote Mode if you want customer designs delivered to your inbox so you can quote and invoice manually.

  1. Set up a Quote Mode form with the necessary fields. See Create and Edit a Form.

  2. Enable Quote Mode on the customiser and select your form. See the Quote Mode guide.

Option B: Etsy integration

Use the Etsy integration if your orders live on Etsy. Connect Etsy once from Integrations and every customiser in your store becomes Customiser Link compatible automatically. Customers design on your Customiser Link, copy a structured summary, and paste it into the Etsy personalisation box at checkout.

Note: The Etsy integration is available on the Universal platform only. Sign in at web.signcustomiser.com.

  1. Open Integrations and click Connect Etsy.

  2. On each customiser you want to pair with an Etsy listing, open Etsy listing settings and paste in your Etsy listing URL. See the Etsy integration guide.

  1. Navigate to the Sign Customiser Admin for your store.

    • Universal subscribers: Sign in at web.signcustomiser.com.

    • Shopify users: Navigate to Shopify admin → Apps and select Sign Customiser.

  2. Open the Customiser Links page.

    • Universal: In the left sidebar, under Your Store, click Hosted Customisers.

    • Shopify: On the home page, click Tools & Settings, then Link to your Customiser.

  3. If you completed Option A or Option B above, your customiser will be visible under the Compatible Customisers section with a unique URL.

    • If you don’t see your customiser, enable Quote Mode on it, or on Universal connect Etsy in Integrations.

  4. Tick the box labelled Enable Customiser Link.

  5. (Optional) Enter a Return URL to redirect users back to your store when they click “Back to Store.”

  6. (Optional) Adjust the Navigation Colour to match your brand.

  7. (Optional) Upload a Logo that will display in the navigation on your Customiser Link page.

  8. Click Save.

Your Customiser Link is now ready. Copy the URL and place it wherever you want: on your website, social media profiles, or an Etsy listing description.
